文章及照片評分功能即時開通

文章及照片評分功能即時開通, 所有經登入之用戶可對文章或照片加以獎分, 每次 1-2 分, 每用戶每日可用之評分為 24 分.

應該要小數後五個位, 例如 2.17295 分:g11

a生發言非常有力，一講就搞到車天車地大恐慌，的確不同凡響:u_11
所以加兩大分:u_11 (順便擦吓鞋:u_07 )
