This is a Boeing plant I visited in Everett near Seattle. Only be able to take photos of the showroom not during the plant tour. There are four giant factories which employ 41,000 workers to produce planes from civil to military and also space uses. This location has got its own runway for testing aircraft before delivery to the customer.
The new 787 carbon fibre plane (Dream Lifter) which shown in one of the photos has 25% less in fuel consumption and 30% less in weight than a normal metal plane. One of the most advance technology in aviation history on earth. The minimum cost is 300 million US and waiting time of at least eight years. So, 超级強國, 並非浪得虛名!
