Petyo lake is about 190 km from Japser town. It was found by Bill Petyo in the 18 centuries. This lake is fed by meltwaters of the Peyto Glacier on the left. This beautiful scenery is one of the best views along the Icefields Parkway. This spectacular overlook shoot was taken at only 0.5 km away from the parking area of the Petyo lake.
