This falls is about 30 kms away from Jasper town. Highway 93A is a section of the old Banff-Jasper highway 93 paralleling the newer route for 24 km on the opposite of the Athabasca River. The road crosses the Athabasca River at the point it drops dramatically into a narrow canyon (Athabasca Falls). |
