I'm afraid those little group of money thirsty people just have a tunnel vision which contains nothing but personal grand benefit making, looking at the local houses' rocket rising price these days has already told what's the truth there.

Due to the future 'Tai Po's Repulse Bay'  factor, the houses' price there raised from 6 million to 10 million already, it's the main reason I'll say.
